Irene (Ren) is a Palm Springs based Coach with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and 15 years leading group fitness. She specializes in Pilates (Mat & Reformer), 1:1 Strength Training, and Dance.

Her journey into coaching started back in 2009 when she led cardio dance classes for her college classmates. After graduating, Ren would continue to organize and run group fitness classes part-time while working in digital advertising in NYC. In 2016 she decided to leave the ad-world behind and jump head-first into pursuing fitness, becoming an ISSA-Certified Trainer at Equinox.

Pilates, sculpt, dance, and strength come together to form the foundations of Fortuna Fitness. Ren builds multi-modal programs that combine kettlebells, free weights, and resistance bands to build strength, pilates mat and suspension training to challenge stability and flexibility, and running and dance to keep cardio interesting while building real endurance. It's this mix that helps her clients see results, avoid burnout, and move confidently in every plane of motion.

Coach Ren offers Group Pilates and Sculpt classes, In-person and Virtual 1:1 Training, and Duet Strength and Pilates programs, giving clients multiple ways to feel strong, confident, and limitless.
